FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCIES OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN THE TEACHING PROCESS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF BREMEN)

Abstract

The article is devoted to the current problem of formation of professional and pedagogical competencies of future teachers of higher
education in the learning process on the example of the University of Bremen. The problems and features of the main competencies that
are formed in applicants for higher education in the learning process are considered. The content and structure of competencies of
future teachers on the example of the University of Bremen are revealed. The basic competencies of students at the stages of university
and practical training are analyzed.
