FORMING A COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF EDUCANIONAL INSTITUTION MANAGERS

Abstract

In the article it is considered the process of forming a communicative competence of a future educational institution of manager. The attention is focused on the anthropological approach to this process. It is determined a professional importance of communication, it is substantinated the conditions of effective pedagogical communication: theoretical and methodological and technical basiсs of developing pedagogical communication skills; the criterion and evaluative approach of identifying the communication skills.
