FEATURES OF PREPARATION OF THE TEACHER TO THE TRAINING SESSIONS WITH HIGHER SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract

This paper addresses the problem of teacher training features to the training session with the students of higher education. There is analysis of the concept of "professionalism" and "skill" teachers of higher education. The algorithm of teacher training in the learning sessions with students.
Teacher institution of higher education – a key figure in higher education that provides fundamental, professional and practical training of students of higher educational institutions in accordance with educational and educational levels. Improvement of the system depends largely on personal qualities, theoretical and methodological preparedness research and teaching staff, its ability to conduct sessions with the learners on a new date.
This approach requires a revision and learning strategies used in educational process methods to teach students to think actively and acquire knowledge independently and update them.
