USE OF PRINCIPLES OF NEURO-LANGUAGE PROGRAMMING FOR EDUCATIONAL MANAGERS TRAINING

Abstract

The article outlines the role of social management in the life of society at the present stage, which is determined by the social nature of labor. It has been noted that the driving force of control is the intellect, emotions, feelings and will of man - the manager, the head. It has been shown that the key to successful management in the system of social relations is the understanding and consideration of opportunities of the human factor. It has been found determinants that will help make the management process the best. The role and place of the head in the implementation of management functions in the sphere of higher education is considered. The place of business relations in the use of the human factor in the interests of the organization has been determined. The possibilities of approaches used in neuro-linguistic programming for the formation of programmatic learning outcomes in the preparation of managers for the higher education sector have been revealed. The logic of the iimplementing the principles of neuro-linguistic programming in the organization of educational process at the stage of mastering future managers of the educational sphere by the contents of the specialization block "Administration by the institution of higher education" specialty 073 "Management" has been shown. According to the results of student assessment of the results of studying courses and comparing them with their own expectations from their contents, they note that understanding the principles of NLP helped them find a constructive approach, improved the level of reflection in solving professional problems and problem situations.
